A single private collection of mainly Napoleonic soldier portraits generated interest from throughout the world and was attended by some of the most notable collectors and dealers in the land. We sold a range of artists from Emmeline Deane (1858–1944) and a collection of more recent works byMichael Bartlett (1922-2008).
