The ideal candidates for these positions will succeed in the role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the profession. These roles include a mixture of auction and management related tasks including photography, photograph editing, heavy lifting and online auction administration.
These roles are essential as they will be a central person when dealing with clients and working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong Client Skills
This role will also require you to have a full and clean driving license, to commute between our offices as required.
The role is based around Monday to Friday 9am-1pm & 2pm-5pm at our Lincoln premises. With extended hours inevitable one Wednesday and Thursday a month circa 7:45am-10pm. As well as additional time to meet sale deadlines.
Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications to date.
