As well as claiming the highest hammer price for a work of art, Colin Young has now claimed the firm's record for the highest ever valuation.
The figure 41 may not seem that impressive, but for someone who hates heights, appraising items on the 41st floor of a sky-scraper is something of a personal achievement.
